Privacy Policy
BuffBuddy is a product of Tarabyte Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you join the BuffBuddy waitlist, why, and how to remove your data. We keep it short because we collect almost nothing.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store only:
- Your email address
- The date and time you signed up
- The source of the signup (which page/form)
That's it. No names, no tracking profiles, no selling your data — ever.
Why we collect it
Solely to let you know when BuffBuddy launches and to share early-access details. We do not use your email for anything else, and we never sell or share your list.
Who processes your data
- Loops (loops.so) — stores the waitlist and sends our emails. See Loops' privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and the signup endpoint. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your consent
We use double opt-in: after you submit the form, you'll get an email asking you to confirm. You're only added to the list once you click that link, so we only ever email people who explicitly asked to hear from us.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If BuffBuddy does not ship, we delete the entire waitlist within 30 days of winding the project down.
Your rights
You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To have your data deleted, or to ask what we hold, email us at contact@tarabytelabs.com and we'll take care of it. We honor access and deletion requests for everyone, regardless of where you live (GDPR / CCPA-style rights).
